HorrorHound Weekend: Cincinnati, March 20-22nd, 2026
This three-day event will be the largest Cincinnati HorrorHound Weekend to date, thanks to the newly renovated Sharonville Convention Center. With a vendor ballroom that is now double in space, we will not be doubling vendors – to assure quality is of our utmost focus for attending fans. This special 20th anniversary event also sees the return of HorrorHound Underground – a throwback Drive-in / Grindhouse centric ballroom with dozens of new artists and vendors.
- Each passes gives wearer access to all normal show offerings, including vendor and celebrity hall, photo op areas, film festival, Underground, and the Q&A panel room.
- Access to the HorrorHound Food Court. Yes, the HorrorHound Food Court! We host many of Cincinnati (and local area's) finest food vendors, including Skyline Chili, Nerdy BBQ, Chicken Mac Truck, The Poutine Machine, Chamoda’s Candy Café, Maui Wowie, and more!
- Access to Friday Night's Scareoke Party. Who doesn't love Karaoke!?!?
- Weekend passholders have access to our Night Terrors after hour events, which feature popular musical acts and additional entertainment. Past acts include such names as Corey Taylor, Amigo the Devil, John 5 & the Creatures, Blitzkid, Mushroomhead, Calabrese, Twiztid, Harley Poe, Nekromantix, Koffin Kats, The Undead, Mummula, The Big Bad, G Tom Mac, and many others. Night Terrors is free to weekend passholders, as capacity allows.
- And not to forget – a weekend pass to HorrorHound Weekend also gains you access to HorrorHound Rewind, an online after-show event which features recorded Q&A panels, at-the-show interviews, and film screenings of many of the features and shorts that make up the HorrorHound Film Festival. A perfect way to catch anything you may have missed during the weekend itself.

Ann, a timid apprehensive bibliophile with a burgeoning passion for Daniel, a Dungeons and Dragons nerd, feels life is passing her by and she will never have her perfect engagement story. Enter the elegant mysterious Hermes who sweeps her off her bunions. She begins to groom herself into a Gothic Andromeda complete with victorian corset, sculpted hair, lacquered engagement nails, lip fillers and Botox - lots of Botox in a desperate drive to perfect her image and earn Hermes’s promise of a love frozen in time - and most importantly that mesmerising rose gold Ruby engagement ring he dangles in front of her. Hermes, a charming foppish vampire initially intrigues by her intellect and their shared love of Edgar Allen Poe is quickly bored by her vacuous obsessions. He manipulates an agreement from her, a ritual to make their love everlasting. As he attempts to devour his prey the botox in her neck reacts with his vampiric chemistry, and the transfer goes comically awry. Ann siphons Hermes’s power instead, reducing him to dust leaving her newly unleashed passions ravenous for more prey. In tainted glass she still sees Gothic‑heroine perfection, under the cold white light of the front desk she is Medusa, a monstrous, seductive predator of men, starving for passion. She slips Hermes’s hypnotic ring onto her finger, enveloped by the talisman her transformation from prey to predator is almost complete. Now where did Daniel go...
